I'm joining a co-ed adult soccer league!!

My friend Mallory sent me the info yesterday, and asked if I was interested. I didn't hesitate- I'm so excited! It starts March 22, and we play on Sundays for 6 weeks. So, not a huge commitment....but now I'm working on getting a team together because we have to have a coach, our own jerseys and a team name. So far it's Mallory and I, a guy named Dusty Boots who I worked with at Johnny Carino's in college and my old friend Kat Williams who played with me on our college intramural team.

I guess I have no excuse now for slacking off at the gym. I don't want to pass out or pull a muscle or anything during our first game...I ran at the gym last night and I'm going to try and go again tonight. The only worry I have is that my back has been hurting really bad for the past few weeks. I thought it would go away, but I think I have a disc (disk?) out of place because I can't bend over and stand back up and I hobble around in the morning like a grandma. Maybe I better see a doctor.
